MIKE BOSMAN - CEO
Brings a wealth of experience from his years in the traditional advertising game. Having run two of South Africa’s largest agencies his knowledge of the countries’ brands and their marketing desires is incredibly valuable. Mike was educated at the University of Cape Town and Harvard and has an honours degree in commerce, a masters degree in law and he is a South African CPA.
ANDREW RIDL - COO
With his experiences in Europe with such companies as Hewlett-Packard, Siemens Business Services and Compaq, Andrew brings a great deal of knowledge regarding business strategy and operations. He has a business degree from the University of South Africa as well as several IT qualifications.
DAVID NEWMAN - CTO
A founding member of our company and architect of our specialised hardware and software platforms. Having experience stretching from early Internet-centric platforms on international projects for BAT, Sun International and Motorola and with many locally based national product roll-outs. He also pioneered a project funded by a DTI Innovations Grant and is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development.
MIKE DE VILLIERS - CFO
Brings years of financial management experience to the team. Having been involved in establishing and running distributed network businesses throughout SA his knowledge and experience is of incredible value. Mike is a registered member with SAIPA and was educated at the University of South Africa where he obtained a degree in applied accounting; he also holds a diploma in Internal Auditing and several certificates.
