One Digital Media - Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings are subject to the standard One Digital Media "ODM" terms and conditions as set out below which are subject to change without notice by '"ODM"'.

Booking Period:	The minimum booking period is 2 months (SPAR and TOPS) and 1 month (LoXion Network). All bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings:	The signed Insertion Order serves as confirmation that space has been booked subject to confirmation by "ODM" and that a valid contract has been entered into.
Renewals:	Notice of renewal of contacts must be received by "ODM" in writing no less than 3 months prior to the expiry date of the existing contract. Should this criterion not be met "ODM" cannot guarantee availability.
Postponements &
Cancellations:	Existing contracts (Where media has been flighting for over 2 months): Notice of cancellation must be received in writing no less than 3 months (90 days) prior to termination date. Should this criterion not be met "ODM" reserves the right to invoice the advertiser a postponement or cancellation charge equal to 100% of the notice period. New contracts: Should the advertiser cancel a booking after confirmation, "ODM" reserves the right to invoice the advertiser a postponement or cancellation charge equal to 100% of the minimum booking period of 2 months.
Rates:	All rate card advertising rates are exclusive of VAT and where applicable inclusive of Agency commission (16.5%). Advertising rates do not include content production unless indicated otherwise. Rates are subject to alteration by "ODM" without notice.
Material:	All complete and ready-to-flight advertising material supplied by an external agency to "ODM" is subject to "ODM" approval and must be supplied a minimum of 3 weeks prior to campaign start date in a format compliant with the content specifications (see content specifications at the end of this document).
Production:	Content production will not proceed without a signed Cost Estimate or Insertion Order. Artwork must be supplied to "ODM" as per the content specification requirements below. The client agrees to supply any artwork discs to "ODM" at the designated address. Additional courier charges will be levied for artwork that needs to be returned to client. A minimum lead-time of 6 weeks must be taken into consideration for the production process. Should the relevant artwork/ material (correct to the required specifications) not be supplied in this time, delivery and/ or flighting may be delayed.
Invoicing:	Invoices are generated on a monthly basis
Payment:	Payment is due on the last day of each month in which the advertisement commenced. Failure to pay by the last day of each month may result in additional interest being added to the cost of the advertisement. For information, the One Digital Media VAT registration number is 4190234627
Content Specifications
Output:	"ODM" media is outputted at 1280X720 pixels (16:9 / Widescreen format) at normal screen resolution of 72dpi. It runs at 25 frames per second. All media lengths must be exact to the correct frame and second as dictated by the Media Package bought by the client.
Artwork:	All artwork and material including video must be supplied to "ODM" on disc. Artwork must be supplied in layered documents, specifically in either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator formats. Logos must be supplied in scalable formats (vector) or a high resolution. All fonts used in the artwork must be included in OpenType or TrueType (PC) formats. Any dynamic content (i.e. video) supplied to us must be in PAL or HD formats and in AVI, Quicktime or DVD-Video formats. Please note compression codecs: AVI - Uncompressed/DV/DVCPro-25/DVCPro-50 Quicktime - Uncompressed/DV Please note that "ODM" does not accept MPEGS or WMV video formats. Recommendations: due to a combination of compression settings and refresh rates, slow horizontal movement of images across the screen can stagger and should be either at a higher speed or avoided.
